beginners Meditation

Part 1 and 2

In the first four classes you will be guided step by step as you learn simple and effective meditation techniques. These techniques will help you develop and understand your unique intuitive awareness. As you practice, your abilities become an integral part of your daily experience. The ability to redefine, reclaim and renew your energy system at any time in any situation changes your life.

In Part 2 you will begin to use your meditation tools to focus your life force energy. Problem solving, telling truth from lies, calling back your energy from the past to create your future, making meditation part of your lifestyle by building your practice.

intermediate meditation

Part 3 and 4

Part 3 and 4 will allow you to delve deeper into your own healing through workshops designed for each chakra as well as the mechanics of the chakras.

Once you finish the 4 levels of classes, you will be able to join the monthly advanced workshops and continue your practice, healing and growth.

Ongoing advanced Meditation Workshops

Tzipora offers monthly advanced meditation workshops to her students, covering many topics, including women’s health and wellness, trauma, healing, sexuality, genetics, relationships, angels and guides and more.

All workshops are recorded and shared with the students after the session.
