Healings are transformational, giving you the space to grow and experience more of who you truly are. An energy healing session is a healing on a cellular level. The healing addresses a person’s spiritual essence and life force energy through reseting the chakras and addressing any energy blocks in the chakras or meridians. Your natural flow of energy can be affected by physical injury, emotional trauma, stress, illness, negative experiences, among many things. As a result, communication between you and your body can become distorted, distant or even disconnected. The intention of an energy healing is to restore the flow of energy in both the physical and spiritual bodies, reconnecting all the parts of you and creating a new sense of awareness, well-being and balance for body, mind and spirit.

These sessions are done via Zoom video and are 45 minutes long. We start with your intention for the healing and end with any information that was received during the healing and next steps for integration and continuing growth.
