Meditation teaches you to become still and quiet. By meditating you shift out of "doing" and into "being”. Tapping into your deeper self.

Meditation begins with becoming present in your body and deepening your awareness in the present moment. This expansion of your awareness brings you into an acceptance of where you are, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Meditation brings you into a different space, a different level of consciousness, in which you can be aware in a multi-dimensional way. It enables you to see possibilities that you were previously unaware of.

Meditation teaches you how to form a new relationship with your body and the world. This in turn allows for a lifetime of learning, healing and personal growth.

This course offers ancient tools, concepts and spiritual practices that you can use during your day as you interact with family, co-workers, friends, as well as your meditation space.

What you get from one on one sessions is personal support and guidance from Tzipora. You can go at your own pace and ask as many questions as arise while practicing.

These sessions follow the curriculum and are 60 minutes long via Zoom video.
